Stephan Ouaknine is the founder and CEO of Blueslice Networks, a telecom equipment company founded in 2001, which provides products and solutions for multi-profile subscriber management to wireless, fixed, VoIP, and cable operators around the world. Responsible for strategic planning and execution, Stephan has led Blueslice to consistently meet and exceed its goals including financial performance, profitability, and business and customer growth. Stephan has driven the development of Blueslice’s product portfolio, channel partnerships, sales, and overall organizational performance. Prior to Blueslice, Stephan was founder and CEO of Airslide Systems, a leader in Signaling Gateways, which merged with Cantata and was acquired by Dialogic. Prior to Airslide, Stephan was a member of the founding team of Emblaze, a leader in mobile multimedia, which went public on the London Stock Exchange.
Vladimir Filippov, CIO, Vimplecom
Vladimir Filippov has served as Vice President of Information Technology since March 2005. From September 2003 to March 2005 Mr. Filippov has served as Strategic Programs Director of VimpelCom. Previously, he had been acting as a Deputy to New Billing Program Director in the IT Department.

Indu Kodukula is vice president of Product Management for Oracle Service Delivery Platform. He leads the team that defines product strategy and sets overall product direction. Prior to joining Oracle, Mr. Kodukula worked for several leading technology and consulting companies. He holds an advanced degree in Computer Science from Cornell University.

As Chief Technology Officer for Comverse (KBS), Kurt Silverman sets the vision and strategic technical direction for the company’s industry-leading software solutions in the global marketplace. Silverman works closely with Comverse’s customers and partners worldwide to understand their future needs and ensure that Comverse is developing and delivering the best world class technical solutions. Silverman leads Comverse KBS’ CTO Labs, which include dedicated R&D, Performance and Operability Laboratory groups. He also heads Comverse KBS’ Regional CTO Group, providing in-region technical solutions direct to our customers and partners.
